4. The professional activities authorized in sections 5, 7 and 11 are engaged in under the clinical protocols developed by the Minister of Health and Social Services pursuant to section 3 of the Act respecting pre-hospital emergency services (chapter S-6.2) and approved by the Collège des médecins du Québec.
